I developed a warped sense of humor at a very young age, spending my allowance on comic books and MAD magazines. I traced the characters until I could draw them from memory.
As a New York City kid, I was privileged to attend The High School of Art & Design where I studied Advertising Art and Cartooning. Then on to The Cooper Union School of Art and Architecture for my BA.
I’ve enjoyed a great career as an Art Director/Creative Director at some of the most iconic ad agencies. All the while, continuing to amuse myself, family and friends with my “off-center”sketches and drawings.
Happily, this has evolved into an additional career as a professional cartoonist and illustrator for magazines, books, newsletters and greeting cards. What can I do for you?
